QUOTATION NOTICE FOR THE SUPPLY OF REVOLVING CHAIRS
FOR THE USE OF COMPUTER LAB
No. 31/2018 (1) dated 16/02/2018
The sealed quotations are invited by the Under signed for supply of TWENTY Revolving chairs for the use of Computer Lab in the School from the manufacturers or authorized dealers/Suppliers quoting their TIN/GST number at the address as mentioned below as per the specifications and quantity described below.
Computer chair (TWENTY NUMBER) without pushback with PPRF handle. Seat with molded foam (or heavy density EP and LD foam of nearly 85 mm including fabric) and back with best quality foams and upholstery, cloth or rexin. 5 leg nylon base with Castro wheels
Back height from seat : (height – 20″ width – 18 Thickness 2 1/2″)
Seat : 18″x18″x2 1/2″,
Should have warranty, especially to spares, minimum of one year. The chairs are of the following model.

- Last Date and time for Submission of Quotation: The last date to submit sealed quotation is 05/03/2018 till 2.00 pm.
- Opening date and time of quotations: 05/03/2018 at 2.30 P.M.c) Address and place for submission of quotations: The quotations may be submitted in sealed envelope in the prescribed format superscribing ‘Quotation for supply of Chairs for computer lab to the Govt. HSS, Thengamam’ addressed to The Principal, Govt. HSS, Thengamam, Adoor, Pathanamthitta-690522.

Terms & Conditions:
- Price quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies and transportation costs .
- The office reserves the right to change the quantity as per its requirement at any stage. Further the Office reserves the right to place order either of all the items or only some of above items. The supplier shall have no right to claim any compensation in such case.
- Delivery should be within one week from the date of receipt of order for supply. The supply order will be, probably, given on 05/03/2018 itself.
- The supplier may be asked to submit the suitable test certificate to conform the specifications mentioned above.
- Sealed quotation should reach on or before date as mentioned above.
- The Office reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without specifying any reasons thereof and also the right to accept a part of one quotation and a part from other.
- In case of delay of delivery, the order shall stand cancelled.
- Payment will be done only after delivery and verification, by way of DIRECT TRANSFER to the Account of the Beneficiary and may reach near 31/03/2018 .
- All disputes should be within the jurisdiction of Adoor.
- No Advance payment shall be made by the office.
- Those win the quotation should give an agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 200/- stating that “The chairs supplied will be of standard quality, will be replaced/repaired in case of damage, if any, as and when reported, and will abide all the terms and conditions of the quotations, correct date of delivery etc with the sign of two witness”
- Those submit the quotation should also enclose a copy of this quotation notice duly signed .
- Anything not covered in this notice will be decided by the undersigned and will be final.
- Those who win the quotation should demonstrate the chairs to the Purchasing committee, before the actual supply and otherwise the accepted quotation will be rejected.
